Anne C. Bader

Anne C. Bader, Principal, Bader Resources LLC, and Founder, The International Cybersecurity Dialogue is a Washington, DC-based nongovernmental executive and consultant in public affairs, fund raising and institutional development. 

A citizen of Canada and the United States, she serves as a Senior Associate Fellow, the Institute of Statecraft, London,  an Associate Expert, Security Defense Intelligence Laboratory (ESD), Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris and Member, The Alphen Group.

Previously, Mrs. Bader served as Senior Research Fellow and Director, Advanced Research Assessment Group, The Defence Academy of The United Kingdom; Visiting Programme Director, Wilton Park; Executive Vice President, The Fund for Peace; Vice President, the Atlantic Council of the United States; Vice President, Trinity College and Vice President, Business Executives for National Security all of Washington DC. She has been a reporter, editor and small business owner.

She has been honored by NATO in 2005, for TRUST, (Together Reducing Unsafe Tools of War), a strategic communications campaign for demilitarization and defense reform with NGO partners in Ukraine and other Partnership for Peace nations; Visionary Leadership Award, Cyber Security Summit, 2020; Honorary Citizen of Hungary, October, 1991;  Silver Owl, National Press Club. Mrs. Bader is a graduate of Trinity College in English literature and Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, both of Washington DC.
