Daniel served overseas in Africa with VSO, and then North America, Europe and South Asia for the UK Government. His career has focused on meeting threats from hostile states, nuclear proliferation, cyber and terrorism. Daniel has been closely involved in major conflict resolution efforts including Cyprus, Yemen, and Israel/Palestine. He has also delivered cross-government technology programmes. Daniel co-founded Cosimmetry in 2023. Cosimmetry blends human sciences, AI, and modeling techniques to support decision making in complex, uncertain and fast moving situations, from incident management to military planning and policy formulation. Daniel also advises on strategic communications, in particular on countering disinformation.
Daniel has a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from Oxford University.
