Joe Robinson is a senior technology executive and board member. He is currently the President of Technology and Digital at Ocean Infinity, a global leader in maritime autonomy and robotics. Joe has over a decade of leadership experience in dual-use technology companies, including 7 years as a CEO. He currently sits on the advisory boards of a global software business, a European venture capital firm and a public sector leadership academy.
Before going into business, Joe had a varied career in National Security. He spent 9 years as a British Army Officer, deploying on military operations and holding leadership roles in capability, engineering, transformation and reconnaissance. Joe has helped defence departments reform their technology adoption and acquisition strategies and continues to support the national security community through start-up mentorship and advice. He spent time as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford and holds a degree in experimental psychology
